Let’s kick off golf course reviews with one of my favorite golf clubs in England, the Woodhall Spa Golf Club. Like you can pick up from the club name, Woodhall offers much more than just a golf course experience. They offer a wide range of services that make it the perfect vacation retreat, instead of just a place for playing a good golf game.

Golf course review – Woodhall Spa Golf Club

So what exactly does Woodhall have to offer? Well for starters there’s accommodation at the Woodhall Spa Inn that you can book and spend days playing golf. The golf club offers tutoring to new players, kids, and even more advanced golfers.

There are multiple golf courses to choose from at Woodhall. My favorites are Hotchkin and Bracken. Conferences and events can be scheduled at the Woodhall auditorium. As far as game of golf goes, there are competitions or Woodhall Opens as they are called, organized on a monthly basis. Some of the games that are organized are even invitational only, so you can see that there’s a definite note of exclusivity surrounding Woodhall. All in all, this is a great location for playing golf that I’ve visited on several occasions. It’s perfect for couples where one person doesn’t play golf, because there are other activities that they can enjoy while the golfer does its thing. Go and visit it sometimes and see for yourself just why Woodhall is great.
